Asif brings more than 25 years’ experience across practice and industry. His approach combines strategy formulation and financial analysis with audit and reporting expertise.
His particular strength is connecting long-term ambition with the choices and actions needed to deliver it. He brings together the owner’s objectives, market positioning, business model and financial priorities, then translates the direction into a practical plan. The focus extends to execution: clear responsibilities, measurable milestones, regular review and the discipline to challenge assumptions and adjust course.
